To register for one of our classes, just go to the contact us page and send us an email. Tell us which class you want to be in, how many will be in your party, and how to contact you. We'll be in touch very quickly to firm up the details.
If you'd like to be automatically informed of our upcoming classes, we have a mailing list that we send announcements to any time we add classes or change our class schedule. It's a very low traffic mailing list, just a message or two a month. And, of course, we'd never dream of selling your email address. Sourdough is the subject of much reverence, romance, speculation and fear. Still, it is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to bake bread. Join us and learn how to start a starter, maintain a starter, and bake with sourdough! You'll bake three loaves of bread as well as a sourdough pizza for lunch. At the end of the class you'll take home your three loaves of bread, pizza leftovers, a sourdough starter, our textbook and the knowledge that you can bake sourdough bread at home! Not too shabby - lunch, a fun day baking, a textbook - just for $75.00! Discounts are available for groups that are booked and paid at the same time.

Many people over the past few years have asked if we could have a Sunday class. Since I need a day to recover, that means on a 3 day weekend. So, Labor Day weekend could be your chance!
Or, we could have a weekend of baking with Saturday and Sunday classes!

If you suggest a new class and we decide to offer it, we'll invite you to the first class, on us! (Well, we won't charge you for the class. Getting here, accomodations and food outside the class are not covered by this offer.)
